Yesterday was Nate and my 3-year anniversary!  It's hard to believe that three years ago Nate and I were on our honeymoon in Tahiti....man, if only we were there right now!  I can't stand this cold weather.  Since our anniversary is only two weeks after Valentines and a few weeks before my birthday, we typically don't make a big deal about it.  This year Avery and I met Nate for lunch at Iggy's.  The waitress gave us two free ice cream sundaes for the special occasion.  After lunch I took Avery to the aquarium in Sandy.  It was her first time going and she LOVED it!  She was fascinated by all the "fishies," "jellies" and the "ocpus."  She's at such a fun age where she gets so excited by anything. 

Sherrie was so nice to watch Aves for us so we could go on a date that night.  We went to dinner and then saw "He's Just Not That Into You," a movie that Nate would not typically have gone to.  I took advantage of it being our anniversary by asking if we could go to a chick flick!  heehee.  It's hard to remember those days when Nate and I could go out whenever we wanted and not have to worry about getting a babysitter.  Now it feels strange to go anywhere without a kid.  Life can really change in only three years!  I love my husby and am excited for another 60 years of marriage...hopefully longer! :)
