Happy Halloween

Halloween is so fun when you have kids to dress up and take trick or treating. This year Avery dressed up like Tinkerbell. She doesn't understand the whole concept of trick or treating, but she does know that she loves candy! When she received candy in her bucket, she would take it out and suck on the wrapper, hoping to get a little taste of the sugar inside. We went trick or treating with my friend Kelli and her twins, Ali and Summer. My neighbors are so generous! We only visited 15 houses but Avery still received 8 full size candy bars! (which means I'm 'stuck' eating all of it ..... hee hee..) After trick or treating, we only let Avery have a few M&Ms but she still got wound up from her sugar high and wouldn't go to bed.

The day after Halloween was my family party. This year we had a redneck theme, which made getting costumes easier to put together. Rachel and Britt were in charge of the party and they did a great job of decorating and planning games. Thanks guys!

Avery in her little costume is scary....scary beautiful that is!!!!! You guys are in trouble when she hits teenage years! She is seriously such a doll. You should post the video of her eating candy and signing more. Nate's mullet cracked me up!
