Goodbye Grandma and Grandpa!!   
Today we celebrated our last family get together before my parents leave on their mission.  They are going to the MTC (missionary training center) tomorrow and will be there for one week.  Then they will fly all the way to Singapore!!  We are so excited for them, but it still does not feel real that they will be gone for two years.  We'll miss them!!

We had the party at Carol's house.  Everyone gave my parents advice for their mission.  My advice to them was that no matter how hard and frustrating their mission got, they should not go to their mission president and ask for a new companion! 

I love my parents very much and admire the sacrifice they are willing to go through for our family.  I know they will be wonderful missionaries.  Hopefully we will be able to visit them while they are gone.
