We took Avery for her two-month old check up today.  She weighs an even 11 lbs (50%), is 23 inches long (75%) and measures 50% for head size.  Our doctor commented that she was smart for her age since she can hold her head up and stand on her legs.  She is very alert as well.  The nurse loved her red lips and told us they were very pretty. 

The hardest part was seeing her get four shots in her little legs.  The nurse did a good job and it was over fairly quickly.  She screamed for only a moment and then fell asleep in my arms.  It's always hard for a parent to see their child in pain.  She seems to be doing well now.  Here are pictures of before and after her shots.
