We have had quite the eventful month! We survived two weeks of being sick with the swine flu/pneumonia, worked on our kitchen remodel, played at the Smith family reunion, and found out we are pregnant! We really appreciate all the meals brought in for us while we were sick. I have never been so sick in my life and am so thankful we are finally back to normal. Avery never got sick so we were grateful for that.
Our kitchen remodel is coming along (kind of slowly). Since we were sick for so long, we weren't able to work on it and have lost our original momentum. We will keep you posted on our progress!
We're excited to announce that I am pregnant! I'm due March 1st (I'm 9 weeks along). I don't think Avery really understands that I'm expecting, but she keeps saying that I have a "baby sister" in my tummy. We're excited to add to our little family. I can't wait until the first trimester sickness ends, it really sucks!
